Austin Manor
Formerly known as Austin Hall, this previous "students only" residence was converted into an exciting inter-generational living community for alumni, faculty, staff, Delaware community members, and select Ohio Wesleyan students. Austin Manor features more than 60 individual apartments, of which 20 spaces are available for students. Student may choose to live in a studio apartment or a two bedroom, 4-person apartment.

Bashford Hall
Bashford Hall, named in honor of Bishop James Bashford, fourth President of Ohio Wesleyan, provides an interactive community living space for 136 first year men and women. Bashford Hall is single-sex by floor, with men and women each occupying two floors of the building. Most rooms are double occupancy, and bath facilities are shared by all of the residents on the floor. There is a common lounge on the 1st floor, while a kitchen and recreation room, as well as the laundry facilities, are located on the lower level.

Hayes Hall
Hayes Hall, named in memory of Lucy Webb Hayes, the University’s first female student and future wife of Rutherford B. Hayes, 19th President of the United States is Ohio Wesleyan’s only single-sex residence hall, providing living space for 194 women. Most suites feature two bedrooms, a common study room, a bath, and built-in desks and dressers. Hayes has recently renovated kitchen and community areas on each floor and a computer lab on the lower level.

Smith Hall
Smith Hall, named in honor of Elden Smith '32, Ohio Wesleyan’s 11th president, is a five-story building that houses students in two wings (Smith East and Smith West) joined by a two-story community area. Smith East accommodates 237 upperclassmen students, while 140 first year students live in Smith West. Each suite contains two double-occupancy rooms, a common area and a bath.

Stuyvesant Hall
Stuyvesant Hall is Ohio Wesleyan's oldest residence hall. Originally built in 1930 with a generous gift from Mr. and Mrs. Frank E. Stuyvesant, and renovated in 2012, the hall accommodates 237 upperclassmen and women. Suites include two double-occupancy rooms joined by a shared bath. Complete with a courtyard, chime tower, study rooms on each floor, and numerous unique common spaces, this residence hall embodies the tradition and history of Ohio Wesleyan.

Thomson Hall
Thomson Hall, named in honor of Bishop Edward Thomson, the first President of Ohio Wesleyan, houses 117 first year men and women and is single-sex by floor, with men occupying the 1st floor and women living on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Most students live in two-person rooms, and bath facilities are shared by all of the residents on the floor. Additional study lounges are on the second and third floors, while a kitchen and recreation room are located on the first floor. Laundry facilities for the building on the lower level.

Welch Hall
Welch Hall, named in honor of Herbert Welch, 5th president of Ohio Wesleyan, is an honors living residence hall and houses 195 men and women. It is coed by suite. Each suite contains two double occupancy bedrooms and a shared bath. Rooms are equipped with built-in desks and dressers. There is a computer lab, kitchenette, game room, and TV lounge on the ground floor. Welch Hall maintains a 24-hour quiet policy. |
