Residential Life Forms

2012-2013 Housing Waiting List - Students who are not housed in a place they preferred may place their name on the housing waiting list in case their a space opens in their place of preference. Students may only place their name on the waiting list once they have gone through the 2012-2013 housing selection process. Students who place their name on the waiting list before completing a housing selection event will not have their waiting list information considered. If more than one person is interested in moving together, both/all students must complete the waiting list form with matching preferences.

Off Campus Housing Waiting List - Students who will be seniors during the 2012-2013 academic year may submit their names to this online waiting list to be considered for off campus housing. If we later conclude that we do not have adequate space on campus for enrolled students, we may release a limited number of rising seniors to live off campus. Priority will be given to students who have achieved at least 20.01 academic units at the end of the FALL 2011 semester. Submissions are due by Tuesday, May 15, 2012.

2012 Summer Housing Application - Summer 2012 housing information is now available. Students must print and complete the form and return it to the Residential Life Office by 5PM on Thursday, May 3, 2012.

Guest/Visitor Information and Registration - All overnight guests and visitors must be registered with the Residential Life Office through a convenient registration policy for students as decided by negotiations between the WCSA Residential Life Committee and Residential Life. The hosting student must have permission from his/her roommate(s) in order for an overnight guest and/or visitor to stay in the room.

2012-2013 Housing Application - All housing information for the 2012-2013 school year is now available. Students will be able to complete all of their housing application online. Applications are due by 5PM on Friday, March 9, 2012.

2012-2013 Housing Contract - All housing contract information for the 2012-2013 school year is now available. Students will be able to electronically agree the terms of the housing contract as part of the online housing application.

2012-2013 Housing Exemption Form - Students who qualify for an exemption from the residency requirement and do not intend to reside on campus must complete this form

2012-2013 Events Planner - Students may pre-order an OWU events planner as a way to stay organized throughout the year. Pre-orders will be accepted until August 1, 2012. Students may also purchase them in the Residential Life Office at the start of the academic year.

Break Housing Information and Registration - Break housing is available when residential facilities are closed for Thanksgiving and Spring Break for an additional fee ($20/night) with prior approval and registration. Winter Break housing, when offered, is available on a limited basis for an additional fee. Students may be expected to consolidate during Winter Break to designated Residence Halls or Small Living Units.
