Housing Options Timeline

| October 1, 2008 | Housing applications available for students who plan to study abroad during the Spring semester. All students studying abroad must complete a housing application so that they can be assigned a space for when they return in the following Fall semester. |

Off Campus Housing Applications available in the Residential Life Office (pending approval from University Officers). Standardized Housing Application available for all other 2009-2010 housing options |
| January 23, 2009 | Off Campus Housing Applications due by 5:00 p.m. in the Residential Life Office. |
| January 30, 2009 | Off Campus Lottery conducted at 3:00 p.m. in the HWCC Atrium. |
| February 6, 2009 | Single Room Applications due by 5:00 p.m. in the Residential Life Office |

Small Living Unit (SLU) house proposals due by 5:00 p.m. in the Residential Life Office. Notification sent for Single Room housing assignments. |
| TBA | Mandatory meeting for anyone released through the Off Campus Lottery with Dean of Students and Doug Warnock, OWU attorney. |
| February 20, 2009 | Welch Hall, Austin Manor, and Wellness/Substance Free (Smith West) Applications due by 5:00 p.m. in the Residential Life Office. |
| February 27, 2009 | Small Living Unit (SLU) presentations 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., HWCC room 304 |
| March 6, 2009 | Notification sent for Welch Hall, Austin Manor, and Wellness/Substance Free (Smith West) housing assignments. |
